About YoMedics

Lisa R. Ramey, D.O., Medical Director of Integrative Pediatrics, and Heather Quillen, a health care advocate with a focus on women and children, share a vision and passion for children’s health.  Their journey started with an idea that became a mission and culminated in YoMedics, an innovative, leading-edge medical health and wellness program.

YoMedics provides a whole health approach to wellness. In addition to the comprehensive and detailed health, nutritional, fitness and psychological components, YoMedics integrates character qualities to encourage and mode personal responsibility and success.

YoMedics® has created a series of healthy lifestyle programs to assist and guide children, parents, physicians, educators and communities in the development of a global system of optimal health and wellness. In addition to the comprehensive and detailed medical, nutritional, fitness and psychological components of the program, YoMedics integrates a weekly character quality into these daily components to encourage and model personal responsibility and success.
